Who You Help

Planned Pethood, Inc is a foster-based animal rescue program serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Proud to be helping animals in our community for over 40 years, our mission is to reduce the overpopulation and suffering of dogs and cats through education and low-cost spay-neuter programs, and to rescue, care for, and place adoptable dogs and cats into good, permanent, loving homes. The more money we have, the more lives we can save right here in our community. Help us give the animals a second chance at a better life!

Rules

PLANNED PETHOOD INC's 50/50 RAFFLE RULES

  1. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play and located in the state of Ohio at the time of purchase.
  2. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions. Tickets can be bought online at www.plannedpethood5050.com from November 18, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Ascend Fundraising Solutions has been contracted for this raffle and is delivering online services.
  3. Tickets are available online 24/7 at www.plannedpethood5050.com. Tickets may only be purchased online.
  4. Prize payout will be 50% of tickets sales in Planned Pethood Inc’s 50/50 Raffle.
  5. Planned Pethood Inc’s 50/50 Raffle drawing will take place on December 18, 2020. One winning entry will be drawn. The raffle winner need not be present. Two pieces of identification that match the name on the winning raffle ticket will be required to claim the prize.
  6. Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 for 10 tickets and $20.00 for 40 tickets or $40 for 100 tickets.
  7. Requests for specific 50/50 numbers are not accepted as numbers are generated from a Random Selection System.
  8. The following individuals are excluded from purchasing a ticket: Planned Pethood, Inc staff and board members.
  9. One check will be awarded for the draw. The winning ticket number and winner’s name will be posted online at www.plannedpethood.org as well as on our social media outlets.
  10. The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by Planned Pethood, Inc. The winning ticket holder must claim their prize by January 18, 2021. If the prize is unclaimed, the money will be donated to Planned Pethood, Inc.
  11. All winners must agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by Planned Pethood, Inc.
  12. Raffle winner must present a valid driver’s license and a completed IRS Form W-9 to claim the Prize. Thus, the Prize will be delivered to the winner only after the tax amount as mandated by the IRS, has been deducted from the prize by the Planned Pethood, Inc
  13. In accordance with IRS tax laws, ticket purchases are not tax deductible nor considered a donation to Planned Pethood, Inc.
  14. All raffle ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued.
